Returns and Exchanges 

We aim to make all our products to the highest quality. We offer fast exchanges within 14 days of purchase and also refunds for any faulty items. Please follow care instructions on the label to ensure quality of your item is maintained. 

In the event that your product is damaged, or is the wrong size, please contact us at orders@rxwbrand.com or by DM (Instagram) and we will organise an exchange for you as soon as possible.

Only items which have been unworn will be eligible for an exchange or return. Products have to be shipped in the original packaging, if unable to do so please let us know in advance. 

 Please contact us within 14 days from the original shipping date to be eligible for an exchange. You will be provided with an address to return the item to (Please note RXWBWAND does NOT cover shipping costs for item/s which is being returned/exchanged). 


Please ensure proof of postage.
